Weather Forecast for Tenerife from 6th to 12th January 2014

The first full week of 2014 sees a warm and sunny start before cloud rolls in for the latter part of the week, lowering the temperature slightly bringing showers and possibly even snow to the slopes of Mount Teide. The start of the week also sees some spectacular Atlantic displays on Monday and Tuesday with wild seas battering Tenerife’s coastline. There is an orange weather alert for those days on the north coast and a yellow alert everywhere else. Don’t get too close to the wave action to try to take that ‘award winning’ photo, the sea can be dangerously unpredictable during these alerts.
