Facelift for our old hotels?

The general feeling was that the older hotels in Adeje and Arona, particularly those over 20 years old, were in need of major refurbishments.

Tour operators at the fair stressed that the older hotels were becoming far less desirable and, thus, proving much harder to sell to the public.

Many of these hotels, built in the late Eighties and early Nineties, are still rated as three or four-star establishments. But they have not been renovated and are becoming “obsolete”.
