Granadilla to make El Médano surf schools provide their own lifeguard service

2014 has started with a spate of accidents for those involved in sports, not least, of course, two tragic deaths of Ukranian and British windsurfers off El Médano. Now, Granadilla de Abona’s environment councillor, Jacob Donate,  has said that the council will require surf schools in the town to provide their own lifeguard service.
