Canary Island Gross Domestic Product per capita well below average

Despite falling way below the average GDP per capita, the Canaries were
by no means at the bottom of the list; Extremadura propped up the list
with GDP per capita of 15,026€, just below Melilla (16,426€), Andalucia
(16,666€), Castilla-La Mancha (17,780€), Murcia (17,901€), Ceuta
(18,771€) and then the Canary Islands (18,873€).
