Collision and “rubbernecking” accident on TF1

There were major tailbacks on the TF1 between Guaza and Parque de la Reina aroundn 7am this morning after a collision on the northbound carriageway left bomberos needing to cut people out of both cars involved. Within twenty minutes, someone travelling on the southbound carriageway had driven into the central reservation while trying to see what was happening on the other side of  the motorway.
