Severe floods in the North, not our fault, says Cabildo

LAST Sunday’s storms were nothing out of the ordinary, but they have started a massive argument which could have far reaching implications.

The first real storm of the season may have seen nothing more than heavy rain here in the South. But in Santa Cruz, there were some real horror stories.

A 56-year-old women died from a heart attack after being swept under a car in fast-moving flood water. That this was the only fatality is nothing short of a miracle.
