Gordon Ramsay still fighting Tenerife restaurant trading on his name

The chef was furious after his eponymous brand was hijacked by a business at the resort that sold cheap three course meals and deals including “breakfast and a drink” for 2.99 euros and ordered lawyers to take action.

"We are taking immediate steps to ensure it does not continue to infringe our intellectual property rights,” he said.

But four years on, Gordon “Ransay’s” Cocktail Lounge Bar and Restaurant in Puerto Colon, Tenerife, is still thriving.
