Burial of the Sardine 2014

To mark the passing of the Carnaval for another year - don't worry, it isn't over yet - tonight, Ash Wednesday, 18th February, 2015, in both Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz, a funeral will be held for giant effigy of a sardine, mourned by slutty, wailing widows. Does it need to make sense? As you will see from this video from last year's, er, wake in Santa Cruz, it's basically a a huge vicars and tarts party, only with much more blasphemy and lots more dildos!
