Tenerife to see in the New Year 2020 from the Church of La Concepción in La Laguna

This year's television coverage on Radio Televisión Canaria (RTVC) of the traditional chimes at midnight on 31 December will be from the tower of the La Concepción church in La Laguna. This was the first parish established in Tenerife, founded in 1511. Presenters Eloísa González, Mercedes Ortega, Elvis Sanfiel and Kike Pérez will count down to the New Year and preside over a Grand Gala and party that will have an international artist (to be announced) as the headline act.
