Romería de Granadilla de Abona will return with more strength & desire than ever

Iglesia de San Antonio de Padua, Granadilla

This year, for the first time in its history, the pilgrimage in honor of San Antonio de Padua, which should have been taking place this month, will not visit the streets of the Tenerife municipality of Granadilla de Abona due to the coronavirus pandemic. For this reason, the people of the town wanted to represent the spirit of their romería in an emotional video so that this “continues to beat in each of our hearts”. " We will return in 2021 with more strength and desire than ever", shared the town Council on Sunday morning.
