Proclamation of the queen of the May Festivities

The capital hosts activities from Friday, 22 April until Canary Islands Day, 30 May

Santa Cruz de Tenerife recovers its May Festivities after a gap of two years due to the coronavirus pandemic. Concerts, the election of the Queen of the May Festivities, competitions and the Baile de Magos (traditional dance) return to the capital in a program of events that starts on April 22. For a month, the island's capital will be filled with activities for the whole family and distributed throughout various locations in the city.
