Sensations from the Field to the Table

The event 'Sensaciones del Campo a la Mesa' (Sensations from the Field to the Table) will take place on Friday, May 27, from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., in the Parque Los Hinojeros, in Granadilla de Abona and at this time there are a total of 12 establishments and five wineries of the Designation of Origin of Abona already registered. 

Tapas will be 1, 2 and 3 euros, while wines will cost 1 or 2 euros. In addition, the same venue will feature performances by the groups 'Magnumar Trío' and 'Una hora menos'.

The participating establishments are: Tasca Pizzería Flaviano, Panadería Victoria´s, Bebidas y Pinchos, Bar Marcos, Restaurante Le Penon, Virxen de Barca, Salvaje La Tejita, Bar Roque, Kontodo, Casa Tagoro, Bar Cafetería La Yeleta. And the wineries are: Cumbres de Abona, Mencey de Chasna, Vera de La Fuente, Casmi y Reverón.

There will also be complementary activities such as two workshops to promote the local products of the Farmer's Market and the Los Abrigos Fish Market, between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., which are part of the MERCAMARKT project", in which the City Council of Granadilla de Abona participates together with other partners and whose objective is to improve the competitiveness of agricultural and craft markets. In addition, workshops such as 'Little geniuses in the kitchen' will be held for the public for children and 'Showcooking of market cuisine and wine tasting' aimed at adults. Previous registration and confirmation of reservation of place is required for both activities.
