- Virgen de Candelaria: 2nd February (Public Holiday). Feast of Our Lady of Candelaria. In 1497, Alonso Fernández de Lugo first celebrated the Feast of Las Candelas (Candlemas), coinciding with the Purification of the Virgin. The night of the 1st to the 2nd February is celebrated with the "Procession of the Candles" during which the lights are extinguished in the town. During the procession, the faithful pray the Rosary carrying lighted candles, which symbolize Jesus as the light of all people.

- Carnaval: Around the time of Shrove Tuesday each year.
- Virgen del Carmen: 16th July
- Santa Ana: 26th July
- Virgen de la Candelaria: 14th and 15th August (the latter is a Public Holiday). Celebration in honor of the patron of the Canary Islands. Thousands of pilgrims from all over the archipelago come to the village to celebrate the feast of the patron in the Pligrimage to Candelaria as well as the Ceremony of the discovery of the Virgin of Candelaria.
